Charter
A business lead firstly by values and then by profit, oriented to people, controlled and lead exclusively by its members that lays its foundations in help and continuous contribution.
Means that any action, partnership or association can be done only by observing the autonomy of the cooperative and the democratic control of its members.
Ethical aspects always come before business objectives.
The contribution is initial, upon joining and continuous thereafter.
The association to the Cooperative is open and voluntary, in order to achieve its social, cultural or economic objectives.
Joining is free, subject to review of the Cooperative and to the first contribution. The first contribution is a project/idea or resource that is accepted as such.
Should any member violate the continuous contribution principle or the ethical one, its membership is terminated and agrees that the subsequent shares, if any, are to be bought back at nominal value by Cooperative.
The fundament is helping, may it be between members or from Cooperative, and it includes education and training, within the scope of Cooperative’s goals.
The members are equal, with equal voting shares in electing the executive representatives, with decision areas.
The representatives have a mandate of no less than six months. At the end of the mandate, the activity is reviewed by the members.
